Tucker James

I am a sales agent for Southern Nest Realty in Columbia, but look forward to helping clients throughout south central Kentucky. My family and I live on a farm, close to Dale Hollow Lake in Cumberland County, and while I prefer country living, I am here to serve clients' interests. No matter if you are listing or looking for lake, hunting, city, suburban, or commercial property, I will work hard to meet your needs.

A native of Adair County, I returned to this area in 2005 after serving 16 years in the United States Army, the post-high school path that eventually led me to a career as a commercial helicopter pilot for an air ambulance company. I have a degree in Business Management and am also a licensed home inspector, a position that is obviously a separate business, but that does give me more professional insight into fixer-upper options. Most importantly, I am a husband and father with a 15-month old daughter and soon-to-arrive son. We are currently remodeling a 100-year old tobacco barn into a family home. Thus, while I have traveled the world and lived in a variety of settings, I have always considered south central Kentucky "home" and hope to be able to help you do the same.
