The first time I met Kelly was while standing outside the burnt remnants of our home. The acrid stench was overwhelming, and I had yet to fully process the situation. My husband and I knew we'd never return so we pleaded "Can you help us decide what to fix for selling?" Gamely, Kelly walked through the scorched rooms, ignoring the dripping walls and falling ceiling. She was encouraging and kind and I knew immediately I could count on her and boy did I ever!
