Realtors and founding partners, Wynn Martin and Pat Wilver, cut their teeth as West Point cadets and combat arms officers. Wynn and Pat have a combined 25 years of experience in renovations, flips, property management, and multi-family investing.

Pat graduated from West Point and was an infantry officer in the Third Infantry Division from 2014-2017 and the Eighth United States Army, Korea from 2018-2019. He knows how stressful a PCS/ETS move can be after completing 3 CONUS and 2 OCONUS moves.
WYNN MARTIN
Wynn graduated from West Point and was an armor officer in the Third Infantry Division from 1999-2004. Wynn used his VA loan to buy his first investment property in 2000 and understands the importance building wealth through owning real estate.
