Official Contest Rules (Terms & Conditions) 

SUBMISSION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TPRG GHOST PIRATES 2024  GIVEAWAY RULES. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE  DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1) GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: Trophy Point Realty Group (TPRG) is offering their Instagram followers the opportunity to enter the TPRG GHOST PIRATES 2024 Giveaway (“GIVEAWAY”)  for the chance to win two Standard Admission Tickets for Section 109. Row A at the Enmarket  Arena, located at 620 Stiles Ave, Savannah, GA 31415. 

2) ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, you must (a) follow Trophy Point Realty  Group Instagram page @pcsftstewart (b) be aware of and accept that the value of all prizes will be deemed taxable income to the recipients. The “value” shall be determined by Trophy  Point Realty Group in its reasonable determination. Void where prohibited or restricted.  

3) GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD: Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, March 20th, 2024,  at 11:59 p.m. (ET) 

4) HOW TO ENTER:  

1. a) Entrants MUST follow Trophy Point Realty Group’s Instagram Profile. 
2. b) Entrants MUST tag at least one Instagram profile on the Trophy Point Realty Group Post that announces the giveaway. 
3. c) Entrants MUST share Trophy Point Realty Group’s Instagram Post, which announces the giveaway on their own Instagram platforms. 

5) PRIZE: Two entries will win. The winners will be determined based on a digital randomized pick. The winners will receive two Standard Admission Tickets for Section 109. Row A at the  Enmarket Arena, located at 620 Stiles Ave, Savannah, GA 31415. 

6) SELECTION OF THE WINNER: Trophy Point Realty Group will review the submission and giveaway entries. The winner will be notified via Trophy Point Realty Group Instagram platform by Friday, March 22nd, 2024. 

7) GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway, you agree that you have no right to bring (and you covenant and agree not to bring) any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Trophy Point Realty Group and its parent company, affiliated companies,  subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective agents,  employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively “Releases”)  in connection with the ‘Giveaway’ By entering and/or accepting prizes, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the Trophy Point Realty Group’s decisions and to release all Releases from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the ‘Giveaway’ or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or  misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activities. In addition, by entering the  Giveaway and/or accepting prizes, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all  Releases for all claims arising from the Film and/or a breach of any representation or warranty made by you herein.

As a condition of awarding a prize, the winners of the ‘Giveaway’ will be required to grant Trophy  Point Realty Group the right to use the winner’s name, biographical information, photograph,  likeness, voice, statements and/or image for advertising, publicity, and ‘Giveaway’ purposes without territorial, time or use limitations, including without limitation online announcements,  without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

Trophy Point Realty Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who (i) tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the entry process; or (ii) violates any of the  Official Giveaway Rules. 

8) INTERNET: Trophy Point Realty Group assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,  interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,  theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor and/or its agents are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,  software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to computers, entrant’s or any other person’s computer or any other property, relating to or resulting from participation in the  ‘Giveaway’ or downloading any materials in the ‘Giveaway’. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE  ‘GIVEAWAY’ IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN  ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR  OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO  THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

9) PRIVACY / PERSONAL INFORMATION. By entering this Giveaway, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of Trophy Point Realty Group’s privacy policy, located at  www.nyfa.edu (click on “privacy policy” link at the bottom of page) and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure, by Trophy Point Realty Group, of your biographical information  (including, but not limited to, name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address), and photograph, likeness, voice, statements and/or image for (i) the administration of the ‘Giveaway’  including, but not limited to, the posting of the Film on any Internet website or social media, and the announcement of winners and awarding and delivery of prizes; and (ii) unless otherwise indicated by you, for market and consumer research purposes. 

10) GOVERNING LAW: This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. This  Giveaway and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
