Pat Wilver
Where most see problems, Pat Wilver sees opportunities. Pat graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013 with a degree in civil engineering. He served as a rifle & mortar platoon leader at Fort Stewart, GA before going on to serve as a future operations planner in Korea and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School. These experiences taught Pat how to manage competing demands, solve impossible problems, meet hard deadlines, & handle tough personalities – skills that today allow Pat to smoothly guide his clients through the complex process of buying or selling real estate.
Since leaving the Army in July of 2019 & getting started in real estate, Pat has brokered over 150 transactions for $35+ million in total volume. Pat owns and manages over 50 rental units in the Savannah metro area and has completed dozens of successful fix and flip or fix and rent projects throughout the Savannah, Richmond Hill, and Hinesville markets. Pat owns a construction company and is a Principal at Ace Real Estate, a Savannah based real estate private equity firm. Pat’s current focus at Ace is managing acquisitions, overseeing construction, and placing tenants for Ace’s single family rental opportunistic fund; in that capacity he is buying three homes a month on average and overseeing a construction business that spends over $100k/mo in order to fully renovate those homes. Ace also invests in value-add multifamily deals across the Savannah metro.
Pat devotes much of his time to his own personal real estate investing, providing counsel and advice to other real estate investors, and to training/advising Trophy Point agents to provide the highest level of service. In his free time he enjoys fostering dogs with Renegade Paws Rescue, weightlifting, backpacking, and traveling.
